I am a labor economist at the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. My recent/current research pursuits encompass measuring the impact of remote work on time allocation, hours worked, productivity, and earnings; measuring hours for aggregate productivity; examining the effects of sick leave on childcare and productivity; and understanding the drivers of productivity dispersion across establishments within detailed industries.
